6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations after that window incur a fee of 25% of the order value.
Returns & Refunds
Perishable items (cakes, flowers) cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery, including photographic proof. We will at our discretion replace the item or issue a refund.

We strive to display Product images and descriptions accurately. Actual colors, sizes, and ingredients may vary slightly.
All offers and Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any Product at any time without notice.
