1. Delivery Regions
We currently deliver to locations across India. At checkout, you may enter your postal PIN code to confirm serviceability. For any requests beyond our standard coverage areas, please contact Customer Care for special arrangements.
2. Delivery Timeframes & Slots
Standard Delivery: Choose your preferred date and time slot at checkout. Available daytime slots run from 10 AM to 8 PM, and overnight slots from 11 PM to 12:30 AM (up to 12:30 AM in remote areas).
Express Delivery: Subject to availability, orders placed before 3 PM on business days may be eligible for same-day delivery (daytime slots only).
Special-Day Deliveries: On high-demand dates (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), we process orders up to 52 hours before your requested slot.
3. Order Processing
Once you place and fully pay for an order, we prepare your Products within 4 working days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 48 hours longer. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation when your order has shipped.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS. Use this link to view real-time updates provided by our Delivery Partner. If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of order confirmation, please reach out to Customer Care.
5. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Availability
We guarantee one delivery attempt per order. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
The order will be marked as “Delivered” in our system.
No further delivery attempts or refunds will be made.
To avoid failed deliveries, ensure the recipient’s phone number and address are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
6. Risk & Title Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss pass to you (or your designated recipient) once our courier partner picks up the shipment from our facility. From that moment onward, we are not liable for damage or loss in transit.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Perishables (e.g., cakes, flowers): Inspect upon receipt; report any damage or spoilage within 4 hours.
Non-perishables (e.g., gift items): Inspect within 6–8 hours; report damage or shortages with photos.
Late claims may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
8. International Shipping
For orders shipped outside India:
Delivery times vary by country and may take 5–10 business days.
Your order may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance delays—not covered by Soul of Cake N Bloom.
Tracking and signature requirements depend on the courier partner in each region.
