Cancellations
- We accept cancellations for standard orders up to 8 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- For custom
- cakes or bulk floral orders, cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within the eligible time frame are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable transaction fees.
- Orders cancelled after the cut-off period will not be refunded, as ingredients and designs are already prepared.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our
products, we follow a strict no-refund policy once an order is delivered.
However:
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
- Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, replacement, or store credit — at our discretion.
Delivery Failures
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or lack of response, we cannot offer a refund.
- We may attempt one re-delivery if feasible, but perishable items cannot be preserved or redelivered after a specific window.
Event & Bulk Orders
- For weddings, parties, or corporate events, a 50% non-refundable advance is required at the time of booking.
- Remaining amounts are refundable only if the event is cancelled at least 5 business days in advance.
Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful processing.
